Banjarmasin - Public Service Exhibition by OMBUDSMAN RI KALSEL has been held on 26th & 27th of October, 2019 in Siring Menara Pandang, colaborated by RSUD Sultan Suriansyah Banjarmasin city as second stand that is showed about surgery room that is now available to used in the new hospital itself for Banjarmasin citizenship, Health Office of Regional Banjarmasin has occupied number first exhibition stand on this award. There are free medical check up for every citizen of Banjarmasin city who are coming to the stand such as free weight and height measurement, blood test, gout measurement, free health consultation and smoke analyzer.
The event is very interesting because held on the weekend in the centre of public place in Banjarmasin city that every morning of weekend people in Banjarmasin city are went around and having fun or doing some sports. Instead of that citizen of Banjarmasin city who is coming also able to directly enjoy the facility that is goverment has been provided which is Health Office of Regional Banjarmasin is occopied in strategic location right in the corner of the entrance that easy to find.

According to Dr. Machli Riyadi, S.H., M.H. book with the tittle "Hukum Kesehatan Kontemporer" that has been publish on 2017 we can read on page 5 that the law above are aim at giving of the legal relationship between health workers and patients relies on two kinds of human rights guaranteed in international documents and conventions. Both of rights are the right to self-determination and right of getting information. Both of basic right are shove off by the right to health care which is an individual human rights. International document who is ensured both right is The Universal Declaration of Human Right Year 1948, and The United Nations International Covenant on Civil and Political Right year 1966.
This event believes that the citizen of Banjarmasin city are smart and prosperous. According to Law Number 36 Year of 2009 about Health Article Number 1 said that "Health is a human right and one of the elements of welfare that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian people as referred to in the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia."
