DBNews (Banjarmasin) - Teknologi Alat Kesehatan saat ini sudah memiliki kemampuan dan kualitas yang sangat baik, sehingga berbagai macam permasalahan kesehatan dapat dideteksi menggunakan alat-alat kesehatan tersebut. Namun. sebagus apapun kualitas alat kesehatan tersebut bukan berarti alat tersebut selalu bekerja secara optimal. perlu adanya perawatan dan kalibrasi alat-alat kesehatan guna meningkatkan akurasi alat kesehatan tersebut.

Kalibrasi merupakan suatu proses pengecekan dan pengaturan akurasi dari alat-alat kesehatan dengan cara membandingkan dengan standar atau tolak ukur. kalibrasi diperlukan untuk memastikan hasil pengukuran atau pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh alat tersebut akurat dan konsisten dengan instrumen lainnya.
Calibration is a process of checking and adjusting the accuracy of medical devices by comparing with standards or benchmarks. calibration is needed to ensure the results of measurements or checks made by the instrument are accurate and consistent with other instruments.
"kalibrasi alat kesehatan itu sangat penting, apabila alat yang digunakan sudah tidak sesuai maka hasil nya pun menjadi tidak akurat" jelas sekretaris dinas kesehatan kota banjarmasin saat membuka acara Sosialisasi Kalibrasi alat-alat kesehatan pada Kamis (5/3/20) yang bertempat di ruang Aula Dinas Kesehatan Kota Banjarmasin. kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh perwakilan dari 26 puskesmas kota banjarmasin yang bertanggung jawab atas alat-alat kesehatan di Puskesmas.

pada kegiatan ini menghadirkan salah satu pengembang alat-alat kesehatan untuk memberikan informasi pentingnya melakukan Kalibrasi Alat-alat kesehatan. karena terkadang beberapa puskesmas masih mengabaikan hal tersebut. diharapkan melalui sosialisasi ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pada masing-masing puskesmas untuk melakukan kalibrasi secara berkala agar hasil pemeriksaan selalu akurat dan tepat dan menyempurnakan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat kota banjarmasin.
